Hello to all members. Joined a few days ago. I might be a newbie on this site but I've been a serious lifter for 28 years but no longer competing. This site has a great amount of information and I truly appreciate all members who submit decent information and reviews. Recently tore my right bicep off at my shoulder as well as my labrum doing heavy bicep curls and had both recently surgically repaired. Got some nice scars to show for it and damn proud of them! No pain, no gain! Have lost 18 lbs so far. Rehabbing w/ physical therapy right now and looking forward to getting back into the gym and throwing around some serious weight again. Just put in my 1st nice size order with Body Synthetics and am awaiting receipt. Look forward to participating and communicating with all of you.
