-1 New Little Guy (wants to be bigger)

ad

I'm Jonathan, 21 years old. I'm new to body building and steroids, but not new to working out. I've been wrestling for seven years and coaching for two. Oh, I'm 5'2", 115 lbs, 9% body fat. Yeah, I'm small, but that's why I'm here! I just started my first cycle. It's just test e. But what should I be eating? I don't know. If anyone has any advice for me, that'd be cool. Thanks.

I think you would be best off learning proper training and diet. If you learn how to eat right you can get up to 175 no problem. Don't do steroids until you have a solid diet and training routine down. You are not ready for AAS

There's 5 red flags right there that tell me this guys COULD be a troll.
I'm not saying he is, but when you're on a steroid site with the name of Johnathan (not john---not Johnny---Johnathan), and you have a body that an Ethiopian would make fun of, then I have to question that.
Sorry-----just my Spidey senses tingling a bit....hope I'm wrong.

Hey brother. I don't know what your plan is with the test e, how long you have been on it, or what you have set up for a pct? As you as you are, the general idea is to let your natural testostone levels pull you along for a while. Usually a 21 year old is producing plenty of natural juice. However looking at your size makes me wonder what your body is producing. Did you cut weight pretty hard in high school? That can be pretty hard on growth in itself. I would suggest getting off the test. Hit your pct faithfull, get balanced back out, and then get into your doctor, have him run boods, see what kind of natural hormones you are producing. That could give you a good base and an idea of what your body is doing. If it is a testosterone problem the doc may hook you up with the good stuff.
I would definately see what's going on inside before trying to correct what may or may not be going on in your system. After you work through that then you can figure out what you need. In the mean time up your food intake, be religious about 2.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. Ease up on the wrestling and heavy cardio workouts and start lifting heavy weights. Get with Viking, he can really point you in the right direction as far as workout and diet. He's an outstanding resource. He may request naked photos of yo and post them all over the Internet like he did with me.... It was well worth it though. Good luck bro.

  1. How long have you been on cycle?
    2) How much are you taking?
    3) What are you hoping to accomplish?
    4) What do you know about your own body and the steroid you are taking and how it impacts your body now and potentially for the worst later down the road?
    5) Why are you wanting to gain weight? It is not as clear as you think! especially as a wrestler.

The odd thing here for me at least is I wrestled in high school myself, and of all the athletes, we knew how to carb up drop weight and maintain more than any others in the school. You should know your diet backwards and forwards if you have been wrestling 7 years. Am I missing something here? You are a little young too,to be doing AAS and you are definitely under educated my man. You could easily gain 8 pounds naturally in about 6-8 months with good diet and the best part is you get to keep them. They wont just magically disappear right before your eyes as is often the case with AAS if you don't know what your doing. Consider this. Lets say you have a bank account with a certain amount of money in it. If you leave it alone it will continue to grow and serve you. If you take a little out every month or year before it has a chance to grow and ripen then you will need to work a lot harder later on to replenish it and maintain it. My point is if you take steroids now then when you are older and it could benefit you the most, it will take a lot more gear, more money, more food and harder work to get the most rewards and it could be more dangerous later as it is more dangerous now. If you take a certain amount of gear now it may take 5 times as much later on. Do your homework bud and listen to the guys on here. Read all the newbie forums and read the diet forums. All your questions are easily answered already. But mostly consider my warning to you. It is not wise to be doing steroids at your age.

Agreed. Pay your dues under the bar before you hit the juice bro, its not just smart but it works out better for you in the long run for when or if you finally do decide to go on. You dont want to be one of those guys who got all his gains from a bottle and then when they cycles over hes back to looking like shit.

Theres a whole section on diet and exercise in the form. But honestly bro before you even laid a finger on AAS you should have your diet spot on.
85% diet, 10% gym, 5% juice.
