New here, looking for advice, 20 years of training experience, travel a lot

At 21 my test levels we're 260, I managed to get very strong but I was training so much I ended up burning out around 29 and had a bad shoulder injury that caused me to stop everything. I'm now 36 and feel like my test levels are lower than before.
I'm getting my test levels checked this week and I know I can get on TRT. The only issue is that I travel a lot, and my country of origin will not continue to support me while abroad.
Currently in Canada but will be in China for at least two years, then possibly Indonesia the following year.
Any advice on what I can or should do? Because I'd like to begin testosterone religiously.
Side note, I was a wrestler and professional kickboxer for about a decade, but am now interested in arm wrestling. However, I mostly just want to be healthier than I am now, the low testosterone is started to be noticeable.

You’ll just have to pay either for test with no script or a script from a clinic, idk if china honors western prescription or if you even need prescriptions cus all this shit is made there anyways. You could probably get vials for like 6$ over there lol
The best thing to do would be get a prescription and bring it with you legally and find a Dr. In the destination country that would continue your treatment, but if that doesn't work you will be there long enough to have an address so you could find a UGL that will ship to that country and do your TRT yourself. To me that would be a little sketchy I would not want to be a foreigner in China caught bringing in UGl steroids you would be at the mercy of their legal system without the support of your home country. I recently traveled to Japan for work and brought my test with me in my carry on and had more shipped to me when I needed it but at the time I had a presentation and the test was in the original box with my prescription on it and I filled out the paperwork with the Japanese ministry of health to legally import it. China may have something similar if you get a script you can bring some with you and have more sent when you need it.
