Though I just joined I've been a lurker for some time and have used sources on here for some time. Wanted to share my story from the past year. Been working out all my life but last year I became I'll. I won't divulge in what I came down with but lost all will and motivation to work out. But this year I became more motivated than ever and wanted to show the results. Now if I only knew how to put a picture up lol
