I've been in the gym religously for 4 years now. Figured a lot of stuff out just reading forums online, bros in the gym, and what have you. Just lost a local source and stummbled accross theis gem in a search for a new source.

I still have many questions as I continue my journey of lifting and transforming. Looking forward to chating with many of you, picking your brains and possibly helping others.
