New guy on the block

ad

Hey! What's up ladies and gentleman?I am 29 years old. I am a father of two and married to the most beautiful woman in the world. I am an aircraft mechanic and have been doing this for about 7 years now and I love it. I love to work out and just stay active. I have been working out for awhile now and I see to have hit a brick wall. I am not getting the results that I want, I was ok with what I got first, but now I am not. I want to get bigger..and I won't BS anyone here, I want it faster than I am doing to get it so I am looking to do a cycle....or two..or three...either way. I am not going to just jump into it, I am still doing my research but have a pretty good idea of what I want to do. I have been browsing this forum for awhile, but I am just now making an account.

I am 70" and weight 175. I would love to put on about 15-20 lbs and plenty of strength and muscle. I eat extremely healthy so that is not an issue.

If anyone has any suggestions for me please do so! Smile

Thanks and I am looking forward to conversing more!

Welcome. Make sure to read the rules.

Are you eating enough to gain?

Ok while you research AAS and how you plan to use it, you should research diets here on eroids and Pm some upper level vets on here about tweaking your diet to help you gain mass and strength. Maybe alter your training? Eat BIG to get BIG brother, train big to get big!. AAS cycles are worthless without a great diet based on your goals...you will only gain water weight and temporary size strength without a proper diet...Just saying try it out before you are ready for AAS, then when that is all square by then use a great simple cycle to maximize the power of the food you are taking in.. Good Luck brother

Use the search icon to search for beginners cycles. its good to know all of the PCT and AI compounds yourself to full understand what a stranger(folks on the internet you cant physically see) is advising you

Awesome, thanks bro. I am actually reading into diets and things like that right now. I do eat extremely healthy, but like you said, I need to make sure I am eating properly, in order to get the results that I want.

Thanks for the advice bro and I look forward to it in the future!

Also, let me know your guys opinions on what to run while I am running my first cycle of test for 12 weeks. Don't worry I am reading and doing research as well, for any of you guys who have the time, let me know what you think would be a safe bet to run while doing this and why it would be good. I plan on running Nolva and Clomid for my PCT. I know some say it is not necessary but why not be on the safe side.

Let me know any other advice you guys have!
