Hey guys. Im new to this site was recommend by a good friend. Been working out hard for the past 5 1/2 years and I feel like im ready to take it to the next level. Im here to learn as much as I can so that I can make a wise choice and do things right. I look forward to all the learning I can find and all the great advice that comes from this site.
