Hey,brothers new to forum not to the game... Just turned 50, starting to feel that age... Been in the gym for some time now... On TRT due to age and years of gear... At 5'9 and 185 with about 9% BF... Hard to keep a 32" waist at my age but I'm doing it... Came over from ASF...
