new guy

ad

Hello,

My goal here is to get some good feedback from experienced users on my current status and my goals and how to best reach them. Here are my stats.

Age-32
Height-5'7"
Weight- 195
Body fat%- 22-27%

My goal is to obviously lower my body fat significantly without losing any size.

I was going to run my first cycle since 2007( which I wasted due to lack of knowledge and experience) and looking for some tips ?

Thanks

Thanks ,

I will keep it up. I lost 20 lbs since January and continue to read and take in as much useful info as possible. My biggest draw to going this route was the recovery aspect of using. Between work and the gym sometimes it takes two days to recover or I feel like I'm not giving my body enough recovery time and just wasting my efforts. I'm taking animal pack vitamins once daily, and protein with breakfast and post workout. Just started the new hydroxycut formula. Anything else I should add ? Thanks again.

Just calculate your Maintance calories and subtract 500. That will have you losing a pound a week not including what you can do with cardio. I hear you on recovery tho, while dieting you don't have the surplus of calories to recover like you would if you were bulking. The amount of time you train and the frequency has to be adjusted in order to make the most of the limited amount of calories your taking in. I would just get on a solid diet, 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, moderate carbs and moderate fat. At in 30-45 mins of cardio 4-5 times a week plus lifting 3-5 times a week And you should be well on your way. Fat burners and all that just supplement a good diet, they don't replace it. If you need some help with your diet let me know I can peronally help you or put you in contact with the coach who has been monitoring my cut.

Hey bro welcome to eroids. My advice to you at this point would be to clean up your diet, and add in some cardio. Using steroids at that high of a bodyfat is not only a waste but it also puts you at a higher risk for side effects. Spend the next few months getting it down to around 13-15% and also during that time soak up as much info as possible. Then maybe considering doing a cycle , but steroids don't help you lose fat, diet and cardio does.
