hi everyone! i am new here, a friend at the gym told me about this place and it seemed interesting so i figured id see what you all are about! i am 29 and a mother of 2 i am a serious lifter. i train 6 days a week and am currently on my 2nd cycle of Var. i would love to get more information on how to gain mass as a woman its hard. also just love being surrounded by people with knowledge in what i love to do. any advise on the website and how it works or a on women bodybuilding would help me out. thank you!!!!
