newb to the forums from Aus.. the land of nazi-customs and no reship policies.
Didn't even know there was a forum here until about 20mins ago! Looking forward to browsing around all the new info on here and a finding out more about this place.

Welcome mate, from nazi-land aswell lol. Saw you posting on a souces discussion page so I thought I'd chime in. There's a couple of us here on the boards aswell mate. Maybe request a membership into our group and post up in there, we have members with good info/help and encourage others to take part in adding to our forum topics/post up past experiences with diets/ training methods and aas usage.
