Hi there people. Wow! What a great site.! Current stats : age 37, H 5'9", W 190 lbs, BF 15%. Have got back into lifting properly 12 months ago after a long time off. Gained a solid 13 lbs in that time and feeling great. Working hard to get BF down to 10 - 12 % and learning as much as I can from this site along the way.
