Hi all. Just joined so I thought I'd say hello and Merry Christmas at the same time. Great site. Looking forward to participating and making friends.
Background: Started lifting weights to put on weight last year. I'm in my late 30's and my body is definitely not responding the way it did in my teens and twenties. So that brings me here!
