Let me introduce myself.

Hey y'all, lets just say I'm the newest newbie here so let me tell y'all something about me.
I live way up in Northern California. I am a 13 year journeyman ironworker. I spend alot of my free time in the mountains hunting, fishing, an rippin on my xr400.
6'2 220p. Going on 250. Lmao! I'm working on it. I raise alot of my family's food and also grow it. It helps us to eat healthy and away from that nasty store bought crap.
Anyway I hope I'm welcome and look forward to learning a lot from y'all!

Haha never. The more the merrier lol. It's a group effort. My main concern is making sure we point them towards the forum rules and rules of the site to keep security in tact. We were all new at some point and i wanr to make sure eroids is here for a long time. So everybody jump in and lets make this a welcome team

You are most welcome and I absolutely commend your work raising the nutrition you put into yours and your family's bodies. I wish I had that discipline or option. Store bought nutrition in itself is an oxymoron as the USDA cannot be trusted at all. So welcome my friend and you obviously have the Intelligence and attention to detail and you bring an element of knowledge that I believe could and would be very usefeul to many of us here. Good to have you brother.
