Let me introduce myself
How's it going all!
For starters and all you vets out there, coming from the car scene I research....a lot. In fact it's the main cause of my relationship problems because I am researching on my phone all the time. Not really that bad but you get the point.
I'm 23 and 5'10" staying around 170-175 right now.
Been lifting for 2 years consistently, and on and off for 3 years prior to that, a lot of physical training cardio and Hiit wise though.
My diet stays inconsistent and not very healthy. I am that guy that dirty bulks. I've tried my whole life to gain, eating dirty, eating clean, having meal plans, and regiments alike, nothing worked. I just try to get big as possible and my body and metabolism does the rest for me while I'm young. Ran first cycle of test because that's what everyone recommend, body reacted amazingly. I just finished my 3rd cycle roughly 3 months ago. And am sitting in the low 170s and haven't lost anymore. Huge gain in less than a year for someone whose always been a twig. Anyways I can't run anymore for a while do to career path, but hopefully get to pick back up on a much more intricate cardio and lean gaining cycle of 20 weeks around October.

Welcome to EROIDs...agree with Tron....get BW...there is an awesome amount of nutrition imfo here...it will help u a lot...and hold off on any AAS if u can...
TronA lot of things are wrong here my friend. You are 23 with 3 cycles under your belt only weighing 170 pounds and eat like shit. For your health's sake you need to go get bloods done immediately.
I have bloods done, 1st run was test only, no bloods, 2nd-3rd had bloods prior to, mid oral, post oral, post cycle and a month after. Levels only slightly elevated during orals everything else is in the clear. I haven't always ate like shit. I just wasn't clear. I eat like shit now because I still get the gains I want and don't care much for cutting. Holding low 170s after 2 10 week cycles and a 8 week test only after starting at mid 130lbs isn't good?
TronYour'e an ectomorph brother.. Hardest gainer there is. Going from 130 to 170 is very good. Here is the thing though. This community doesn't give advice on aas for anyone under the age of 25. You have done 3 cycles at the young age of 23 and are setting yourself up for impotence and other health problems down the road. It doesn't mean you can't research on here and be a part of the community. We will talk all day with you about working out and nutrition. You should use the research feature at the top that looks like a magnifying glass and you can do all the research you want and find some really good information here.
Ok I was thinking you meant that was bad ha, I was like man I'm extremely satisfied with my gains. I understand I'm a little shy of the age you all recommend, but everything about me is my father to a T, and when he was young he was same build and all, height weight and body comp. he started at 23-24 and is now 53, 5'10" 215 lbs and I'd say 12-15 bf. He's only ever ran test and dbol with proper pct, so I decided I was just going to start when the opportunity had arisen. I do appreciate the advice though, and as the pot I call the kettle black because many friends ask about AAS as well, and I tell them to train hard and diet clean for a year or so , and if not satisfied, around 24-25 then put gear back on the table.
