Been lurking around forum for a while wanted to give formal intro been in game long time i am a powerlifter with multiple national and world records and have many cycle under belt just saying hi and glad to be here and im still learning on a daily basis reading everyone's logs and posts

Its a awsome comunity i remember days before all of this knowledge. And acces to great sources was available online and in my opinon this is the best comunity anyone could ask for. I hope all the people new to game take time to learn from vets and treat this place with respect
