Just Another Newbie
What's up Eroids!
My name is Trin and I'm 31 years old living in Lawrence, MA... Basically I am looking to get some advice and insight on what the best cycle would be for a first time user (newbie).
August of 2012 I was at the weight of 244lbs (fat ass) and decided to get off my lazy ass and lose some damn weight. Now 59lbs lighter I'm 6' about 185lbs with a pretty high body fat percentage 26% (that's what the scale displays). I go to the gym 5 days a week but I was only doing cardio to drop the fat. I'm not a strong guy (pretty embarrass)
The site is awesome with tons of good info and reviews. Looking forward to learning some things. Have never made an online order and am a little scared because I do not wanna get ripped off. Hope all the info on here has directed me to best place for me! Placing my first order very very very soon!

Buildbigger86Welcome to our community friend!!! As Grim said you have def come to the right place. You should not be embarrassed about your strength considering all the hard work you have put into training and diet to lose 59lbs. That is a great accomplishment.
But yes as Grim stated you still need to get your BF% down a more before you starting your AAS's.
Besides cardio do you do any weight training at all?
Thanks for the welcome...
my son doesn't think that I'm at 26% so I'm going to buy a body fat caliper to see where I'm at...
Started this week with lifting... I was so focus with losing the weight that I must of lost muscle too. That's where I went wrong... So now my nephew has me doing a training split:
Monday: Back traps biceps
Tuesday: Chest shoulder triceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Back traps biceps
Friday: Chest shoulder triceps
Saturday: Legs
Sunday rest day
30 minutes of cardio Mon - Sat
welcome, you have come to the right place! stick around and do a lot of reading and ask any questions you cannot find the answers to.
At 26% bf your first order of business should be getting that down further before hopping on AAS.
As for ordering online, you can order from any of the top sources here without worry.
Good job on posting your stats in your profile, that will make it easier for the vets to give you good tailored advice.
Thanks for the welcome... I'm now reading "PRE CYCLE CHECKLIST" in the General Talk section. My son doesn't think that I'm at 26% BF... So I'm going to buy a body fat caliper to see where I'm at...
Now back to reading...
