Joining the dark side ;)
Now then fellow Eroiders,
I'm finally back in training after a major leg injury ( dislocated my knee cap, at a JKD session ) not a massive body builder due to the martial arts but I did train every other day in between the JKD..
Finding it so hard as my leg isn't right after 6months of physio/treatment etc.. The gyming is tough as the legs are core to so much of gym based training and its amazing how much we don't realize this.. Something as simple as bench shoulder pressing, or decline chest pressing requires so much support from your legs.. As for any leg work well, it's a centre piece in the gym for people to watch my knee wobble. Haha bastards
Anyway, after much discussion and researching I'm about to embark on my first cycle. I'm convincing myself I'm doing to overcome the injury and ill only do it once to regain what took years to achieve.. But let's face it, I know and you know how many times you've heard it.. :-0
Oooh well I've learnt lots from lurking on here, so cheers to all the people who do post

Man I know your pain bro. I snapped my Patellar tendon last year thinking I could dunk at 35. It gets better but it takes some time to trust it fully. Ya gotta keep working it though!
shirlsguyWelcome and good luck.
Cheers Shirlsguy
Cheers Gothic, and Activ ill post up how it goes.. Just took the plunge with a friendly supplier off here.. Fantastic amount of emails and questioned asked. Could not have asked for better
As for the BF issue, mine is up specially after getting busted training while in my plaster cast.. The GF came looking and found me hanging from the porch doing pull ups. Lol
Needless to say, I'm quickly got confined to the settee but on a plus note I won the remote control war ( for 2 months anyway :-0 )
Good luck, and stay tuned here for good info on all your training issues.
AnonI'm in the same boat, Microfracture surgery on the left knee. 8 months ago.
I am on TB 500 and HGH. It's slow going but I feel like I'm headed in the right direction.
I have contemplated a cycle but since i put on 20lbs during the injury, my bf % is 20 probably not the best time now.
I would be interested in anyone that did a cycle to help recover or build up again.
TB500 seems like a good candidate.
HGH helps knee injuries like no other just ask Adrian Peterson
Cheers Buddy, your not the first person to mention this and its something I've been mulling over.. I'd even contemplated doing a Sus and Deca stack ( even though its my first ) just for the lube qualities of course ;)
Hmmmm, could you run HGH and test e together anyone?
