Hey guys, I'm 29 6'3" 225 10% bf and growing. I was an alcoholic for 13 years and stopped drinking a year ago. Alcohol took over my life for years until I starting going way down hill. I started working out at 23, but was on and off for years. Since I started working out really hard, I slowly stopped drinking until I saw what it was doing to me. Bodybuilding has changed my life in so many good ways. I hope to meet some good people that can help meeting my journey. Good luck to all and feel free to add me.
