I'm new here, hello eroids community!

Hello eroids family,
A little about myself: I am a USAF veteran, spent 4 years active with 2 deployments to the desert loading bombs in jets and blowing up bad guys. After separating from the military (honorably), I moved back to my home state to re-civilize and start my college adventure. Unfortunately, I acquired severe anxiety while in service and I have fought with it since. At times my anxiety would prevent me from even being able to walk into Walmart without having a panic attack. After a semester into college I began working out again, striving to build an impressive body. The gym has been a solution to my anxiety. For some reason, working out/ focusing on body building has given me something to concentrate on that soothes my mind and body. I have always struggled in school but regardless, I am striving to work my hardest to achieve my goal of getting a degree. Currently i'm one semester short of having my Associate's degree, this Fall i'll hopefully be transferring universities to pursue a Bachelor's degree.
I used to have high cholesterol from a very poor diet. I would eat fast food constantly and drink sodas before water. Since I have began body building, my diet has completely changed. I now NEVER touch fast food and may have a soda once every month or two. I now eat 5 to 6 meals a day, high in protein and carbs; with this diet change, I went from weighing 156 to 175.
I have plateaued, not being able to gain anymore weight. I've tried switching up sets, reps, exercises, and even taken a temporary week off a couple of times. I had my blood-work done and it showed my testosterone levels to be exactly on the average level for my age. All of my enzyme levels are excellent. I've wanted to move on up to bigger and better gains by starting a cycle of test-e. The only downfall is i'm very nervous and uncertain as to how I need to go about acquiring it. I joined this site in hopes of gaining knowledge from fellow body building brothers, helping to guide me in the light of anabolics, helping soothe my mind and fuel my passion: bodybuilding. - White Rabbit

Thank you Shiva4 for your advice. I had purchased a pamphlet book about steroids awhile back by Ric Drasin. In it I remember reading that some steroids may create symptoms like what you mentioned. Could taking a cycle of just test cause that to happen as well?
My typical daily food intake includes some type of meat, usually chicken breast or pork chops along with rice, corn, noodles or scallops. I will have 3 meals a day like this and two or three of the meals of something more light, like peanut butter and fruit or a small can of pineapple and tuna fish. I also drink Fair Life chocolate milk throughout the day, about a gallon every 3 days.
P.S. I also eat a lot of boiled eggs, mostly the egg whites from them. Maybe 3 or 4 a day.

I'd like to start out by thanking you for your service. Sorry to hear you've suffered from anxiety since you've been back. It's great you found an outlet to help cope with the issue while developing healthy life style habbits.

I would highly advice against running a cycle for 3 reasons:
1. You're way too young to consider one

  1. You can easily add another 20 lbs of solid weight without any anabolics at your age from just diet alone

  2. Steroids result in a higher production of catecholimines in your body like epinephrine. This will worsen your anxiety

Why don't you lay out your diet. I'm sure there are some recommendations we could make that would be easy fixes to get you headed in the right dirrection.
