Hey guys ive been here before about 2 yrs ago cant seem to remember my password and cant retrieve it well if I can get any help by bfg with retrieving it would be appreciated...But if not ill start over i been out of the game for bout 2 yrs now cause of a torn rotator cuff and my girl having a baby and now im back been about a month now of lifting trying to get some strength back. I was so addicted to this site.. here goes my addiction again
