I sincerely need help...
Hey homies. I am 27 years old... been using AAS since I was 17 (crazy, I know). I rarely have ever came off. In the past 5 years, the only off-time I had was in prison (did 18 months for possession of test). And even in prison, I eventually began receiving TRT from the medical dept. (hypogonadism - obviously). So in reality, the only off time I had FULLY come "off" was my first six months in the pen. So now, I blast/cruise as many of us on here probably do.
I have accepted the fact that my nuts are fried. I guess it's okay... I mean, I had three kids through my years of juicing. Going to the pen and crashing cold turkey off T, deca, and d-bol is not fun, guys. Especially when you live in a TINY little cell for 23 hrs/day. Gyno developed, my skin got fucked up, I gained fat. My physique took a hit, but worse yet, my mental state deteriorated the most.
I suppose my main issue here, is my receptors. What I really would like to know, is that SINCE i cannot really come off (pct won't do shit for me).... will my receptors continue to take a beating EVEN while cruising on a TRT dose of 200/wk????
I don't do shows.. no competitions.. nothin like that. I simply just love the lifestyle of being a recreational gym goer/bodybuilder. I love the rush, i love the pump, it's all just what I do.
If anyone has any experience or advice, please contact me. Please guys, don't fame me for being such a dumbass in my early years (I'm well aware of it already). thanks ya'll....

Baldur2630First thing is get a FULL blood work up. Total and Free T, SHBG, prolactin, Vit D, estradiol, the works. Put the results up here and maybe we can give you some meaningful advice. Without the above you are asking the impossible.
hunteron20sWell it seems that you want to stop or get help clearly by making this forum. .go to a doc like rusty stated .be honest ,this is your life were talking about ..im not saying to quit straight up but i think you need help .sounds like you are addicted to aas more then anything else..You have kids .do this for them if not you ..cant be selfish as a father bro ..look for your future and i hope you consider this advise and really think whats more important in life ..
thank you, Hunteron20s. I do realize that my decisions were quite reckless. My biggest issue right now, is that I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.. thank you though bro, it means a lot here. I did all of my AAS use completely "on my own" as a youngin. I never had any guys around who were willing to guide me through it... I was my own human guinea pig in a sense. Everything was done through trial and error on my own self. The worst part about using AAS's as a "drug" is that their effects can be so long term.. they don't just go away like they do when someone quits using things like opiates, cocaine, etc. Ugh... =/
RustyhookerYou need an endo first. Or post bloods. Your trt dose is at cycle level.
Either way, you need medical help first to establish base health. Fried nuts are meaningless if your heart health kills you.
Thank you, and sorry that I did not specify better in my original post.
My T-Level after being off of everything (including TRT) was 85. My TRT dose through my endo is now @ 400/EOW (i split it into 200/ew to avoid the highs/lows feeling).
When I DO run something on a "blast", it is generally something like... 750 Test E, 600 Deca.... or 100 prop ED,500 EQ/EW.... I don't really hammer in massive cycles. I stay away from tren, orals, HGH, peptides, etc. for my liver/kidney's sake.
As far as you suggesting I establish base medical health, should I just go to a PCP doctor and tell him/her everything? My heart is something I worry about. My cardiovascular stamina isn't all that, but I'm pretty big with a decently low bf%. All this is hard for me man, because I have no one to reach out to for honest advice (hence, me getting on here).
Thank you for your advice bro
