I seek the Knowledge!
ad
Hey Guys,
I was recommended here by a friend and have been reading articles for months, I figured it was time to drop in and say hello. Mostly here to pick everyone's collective brain and see what my options are for increasing my fitness. I'm not a bodybuilder (as you can tell) but am an active runner, outdoor rock climber and in the military. Looking forward to it!
P.S - I'm not really Canadian, had dual citizenship and went American because 'Merica.

Welcome buddy, are you looking for cycle advise? I mean for what your hobbies are its not really needed in my opinion. Plus you could definitely put size on with good diet!
I might start cycling HGH at some point but mostly just looking for news ways to approach my diet, current supplementation and lifting routine.
I am not sure what you are looking for but gear should be wayyyy off. You can find diets and work out routines on here that you can put some size on if you want to start training but a lot of guys are average Joes getting it in as a lifestyle and some for compitition but you can grow a lot by looking at your stats by diet and wheights.
Adding any gear is something I've thought about but still, as you said, a ways down the road. As far as stats, I'm pretty happy with my overall size and weight at the moment. I'm a big runner and swimmer (in the range of 30+ miles/ week); add that to my climbing and I can't really afford to bulk up. Most of my interest lies in HGH and its ability to speed up recovery time.
Welcome brother you have found a good place. What are your goals, and experience? One thing I can tell you is if your thinking about getting on any gear you will need a strong why or reason behind doing so. This stuff is not easy and there is a lot that goes along with it. It is a life changing decision and most likely will turn into a life long journey. It can be a great and positive experience but you got to have your mind right and be ready to learn and adapt. There is loads of information and helpful people around here. Hope you find everything you are looking for. Good luck and see you around forum.
Welcome bro, you're going to like it here, I promise
