Noob here. Been looking here and other sites for quite some time now while getting myself dialed in.

A few years ago I was un unhappy married fat boy. After my divorce I decided to change myself. Got into running and lifting. Then less running and more lifting. Playing with different ways of eating to figure what works for my body. Y'all know the story! Anyway went from something like 260 to where I'm at now. And happy as a clam...
