Me:
42 years old
5'9
180 lbs
Decent shape for my age. Medium build. Unsure of body fat %
I play mens league hockey 3 nights per week year round (my cardio and fun) and lift 3 days per week.
My diet is solid and clean but I do over eat at times. Zero fast food or alcohol. 40% Protein, 30% Carbs, 30% Fats. Lots of h2o.
Creatine and Whey protein are my only current sups no experience with Steroids, HGH, TRT or Peptides.
Looking for strength, stamina, speed and recovery increases. Some size but no bloating or major size that would restrict my effectiveness as a hockey player.
This place looks confusing and overwhelming like Chinese but Im hopeful. Any help/info towards my goals are appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome maverick. This place does seem overwhelming on the surface, best to just pick the subject your most interested in and dive in and start reading. Since I've started I post very little and read ALOT. Diet section is awesome whether you're looking to gain or cut, and great workout tips in workout and exercise. Search function also very helpful if you have something specific you wanna research. Great folks here willing to help to. Godspeed.
Thanks herpjunkie111
basskiller89Welcome brother,
Steroids, HGH and peptides are not what you're looking for
As far as TRT, that is something you would talk to your doctor about
No to HGH? Hmm, I figured that would be my best bet. Maybe I’m misinformed.
I had a plan for using cjc1295 mixed with ghrp-1.
basskiller89HGH in low doses has anti aging benefits as well as increased recovery and healing rates. Moderate dosages are going to burn excess fat and build permanent muscle tissue. It does not take much of either of these peptides to achieve low or moderate dosages of IGF1 in the body. I would say using two peptides is overkill. You run the risk of doing permanent damage here
As far as AAS are concerned. A low TRT dose can cause small amounts of muscular development. With that you will have an increase in strength. Your ability to train and workout for longer periods of time with minimal muscle damage is another benefit. You can be less sore doing the same workload in other words. A TRT dose can and will help regulate your sex drive
I would opt to consult your doctor regarding TRT or HRT before jumping into buying illegal drugs
Hope this helps brother
Thanks for your help basskiller89.
