Hi All

ad

Hi All from a newbie here.
45 years old gained a few stone.
Time to do something about it.
Ballooned up to 17.5 stone after having back surgery.
Started eating clean and down to 16 stone but just staying at that.
Was thinking of trying clen but joined to learn off you experienced guys as doing some research but as we all know alot of the Internet is rubbish and there are so many things to choose from.
Looking forward to having a chat and learning a bit.

Enough proselytizing. Believe it or not we have members of all faiths. Are you saying if he's Jewish he can't put his faith in Adonai? Muslim; Mohamed? etc.

“"God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

Jesus commanded you to follow him (be like him) he did not create the Christian religion.

Messiahs pointed to the door
And no one had the guts to leave the temple

I am on a doctors script and can say with certainty that one of us is more tempered than the other. One of us is swimming, the other knows how to swim but is clinging to his floaty for dear life.

Faith I have plenty of. Testosterone not so much.

Are you suggesting to stay within gods grace I need to eat bull testicle like the ancient Spartans?

1 Peter 5:5 - Likewise, younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. All of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble.

I can do this all day child. Quoting scripture only exposes your lack of understanding. The word of god is written on the hearts and minds of all men... use your big boy words.

Well, now you can pray to Saraswati to get your karma back.

You told him to put his faith into... not that you were praying for... big difference.

A group of blind men heard that a strange animal, called an elephant, had been brought to the town, but none of them were aware of its shape and form. Out of curiosity, they said: "We must inspect and know it by touch, of which we are capable". So, they sought it out, and when they found it they groped about it. The first person, whose hand landed on the trunk, said, "This being is like a thick snake". For another one whose hand reached its ear, it seemed like a kind of fan. As for another person, whose hand was upon its leg, said, the elephant is a pillar like a tree-trunk. The blind man who placed his hand upon its side said the elephant, "is a wall". Another who felt its tail, described it as a rope. The last felt its tusk, stating the elephant is that which is hard, smooth and like a spear.

The blind men then learn that they were all partially correct and partially wrong. While one's subjective experience is true, it may not be the totality of truth.

You should probably take a break and learn a bit about other world religions before you spew your limited understandings of bible verse. Try figuring out where Jesus went when he went into the desert for 40 days and 40 nights. (“40 days and 40 nights” just means a really long time.)

Interesting fact, it's about the same distance between the east and west coast of the USA as it is from Jerusalem to India.

I believe he has and that it is an on going process. And I believe he is doing the same for us all.

Like any rookie, don't get ahead of yourself. Lift within your own weight class.

Here we go again…

I don’t know how you end up wanting to use clen but there is no reason for you to even consider this in your shape.

I also don’t really understand how you came to this board maybe the clen did. There is a lot information everywhere to just drop some weight.

If you never had a diet plan, your diet is not better now. You just eat better food now.  To much good food can also make your fat.

The key is,  know what you eat,  calories and macro’s there is no major science to it. Just dedication!

I helped people to reach their goals, but dropped clients when they could not do the work and made excuses.

Of course that’s not what many diet gurus do they don’t care if you reach your goals or not , as long as you keep paying them.

I am not that kind of person, I don’t waste time to that kind of people who lie to me and worse lie to themselves.

In my experience not many people got the right mind set  and think dieting is a par time job. Dieting Is 24/7 no breaks, even cheating is necessary  and planned.

I don’t want to discourage you  but you got a lot of work to do! And the question is can you do the work?

People always think there is a holy grail or a miracle solution. If there was I would share it.

Control your mind and body by moderation should be a natural basic instinct for all  people. To overcome gluttony is the part no guru or coach can help you with. Find your reason and drive do overcome this mental barrier. When you can do this it will set you on the different path in your life. I am not preaching any spiritual practice , its more mental and psychic. People struggle with this every day, bodybuilders are no exception.

So no hard feelings, if you want help with a diet post it when its ready.

Lol this guy agreed with me, that's worth mentioning seeing all the stuff he posted.

Sadly I was to late for the spiritual enlightening/ breakdown.

I always like a good discussion..

Welcome,

Dont just try somthing. If you gained alot of fat you first need to lose this with proper diet.

So post your diet first, with all the info. Calories/carbs/ protein/fat and what you eat .

Hi Lincoln,
Thanks for the reply.
Im eating a couple of boiled eggs in the morning.
Dinner is chicken and brocoli.
Or steak and veg.
I eat lots of veg and salad.
Can't manage fish always hated it.
I have dropped a few stone but want to get fit and sort myself out now i can move free of pain.

Oke so you dont have a full diet plan with macros? Do you weight what you eat or is it just a gues?

I am vegan something like a year now, so no meat of fish is necessary.

A good diet should be your first goal, gear is the last thing you need right now. No shortcuts that will only do more damage.

Never done a diet plan although I am reading up the nutrition section on here and learning alot.
My diet is much better than it was.
I was laid up for a few months so was very lazy drinking coke etc.
Back to water with the occasional juice.
Cutting sugar out and no treats at all.
Thats why i have dropped a few stone.
Ideally want to get down to 14 stone so another 2 to come off would be awesome.
Then try and get fitter.
I am back at the gym but just doing cardio such as treadmill and rowing at the minute.
Not doing much weights but intend to.
Thanks for taking the time out to reply man appreciate it.
This is a great forum for learning off people who have been there and done it.

Here ya go bro.
https://www.eroids.com/search

Welcome to the site. Take some time and review the rules and put the search function to good use.

I suggest looking up nutrition first. We all advocate trying to build a body from good nutrition habits before starting any type of AAS.

Thanks goose
Trying with the clean eating.
Getting there slowly now I can move.
Was laid up for 3 months before surgery but all good now.
Good to find a community where experienced people are.
