Hi!

ad

Hi all,
Not sure if a SRC should post here? I do intend to participate in the forum however, so I hope its ok here.
Without giving too much away - I am a man in his 30's, been training 15 years to date.
Competed for 4 years in a row (UKBFF) before life halted all of that (the usual family and so on)
Have taken a few months away off training recently due to motivation really, I find when I lose that feeling, for me there is no point going to the gym and being so precise in my eating etc. So I prefer to take time out until I realise I am slowly looking awful and then get back in there with a renewed sense of focus.

Currently started a new cycle with the aims of a slow but steady recomp, and to add a little LBM. Running low base Test E (300mg), moderate Tren E (400mg EW) and 400mg Mast E. Var at 100mg ed. Using a very small adex dose to keep estrogen in check, have caber and prami if I feel prolactin is an issue but usually as long as I stay on top of my estro then it rarely causes me prolactin issues, the fact I am running Tren and Mast also help here. I can usually gauge my body pretty well.

I run TRT when off cycle, have done for the past few years, so have some flexibility in my cycling - I do like to chop and change, but for the next 10 weeks that is what I am running. Oh, and also 5iu a day of black top Hyge.
Food wise, I am getting in circa 3500 cals a day - I am not hugely focused on the macro split at this moment, the key right now for me is to keep my protein high, carbs low to moderate (cycled) and I keep fats moderate to high. 90% clean eating - I do keep either a Saturday or Friday night free to eat what I want. Years of weighing food out, keeping food diaries, spreadsheets etc have made me come to hate tracking that sort of thing so much lol. Though I realise if your taking it up a level, it is essential to assess your diet in such a way you can adapt and change and monitor.

For now I am happy keeping in decent shape, circa 12% BF is comfortable for me, and cardio fitness essential.
So that is enough of me, sorry to bore anyone, just wanted to say hi, and will hopefully speak to you all some more soon.

James
