Hey I'm new here.
I have been looking through this forum for a while now looking for help on gear; where to go source wise, what to buy for beginners, and recently created an account here.
I am not looking for a miracle cure, just hope and hard work. My dad passed away last year (sorry still getting used to 2016; by last year I ment 2014) around Christmas, that was a wake up call to me, to not be unhealthy / overweight.
I started eating healthier, then in April, I start going for walks everyday, until the Canadian winter hit. I bought some weights, a bench and a power rack and am ready for the next level.
I started to make a video documentary for myself so one day I could look back and see how the gear is working for me, how my life is changing.
I ordered some gear from a Canadian source (not sure if I can mention them). I got some Test E, Arimidex, Nolvadex and Clomid. From what I read I thought that would be a good starter. I hope to get it this week and in a few months down the line I will give you my thoughts.

Ditch the idea of doing aas right now, you will have nothing to gain and a lot of sides. You need to actually get in the gym and train. According to your pic you have zero foundation and will not benefit at all. Get into the diet and nutrition section and read until your eyes bleed. You need to train for at least a year and get your bf down to at least 14-16%. I know its not what you want to hear but its the truth. No amount of aas at this moment will help you it will hurt you.
Thanks IrishMack
The truth is better than being fed BS and I appriciate your honesty. I did purchase some gear and am waiting for it to arrive. Will it store for a long time? I ordered Test E, Arimidex, Nolvadex and Clomid. The orals will probably be good but what about the Test E? Thanks again.
Mack is right and yes it will store, but either way, the stuff is cheap. If you can't afford to throw it away then you can't afford to do it. Besides that, it is the cheapest part. Food is going to be the hardest and most expensive thing thing that needs to be concentrated on. Lots of good info on here and a lot of knowledgeable people. Approach them right and most will be willing to help point you in the right direction. Congrats on the weightloss but sorry about the motivating factor. I'm sure that's tough.
The test e should last, check the exp date on it as most of them will have one. Store it in a cool dark place. Did you check out the diet and nutrition section yet?
I was checking out the "What's for dinner section" it looks good. It reminds me of the chats I have with my dietitian oh and also two workshops I took through the dietitian.
The first workshop is called "Healthy Weights" It was a 6 week workshop with the dietitian with 1 topic per week. The topics covered were: Carbohydrates, Protein, Fat, Mindfulness & Portion Control, Exercise and Setting S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) .
The second workshop was a 4 week workshop called "Craving Change", with the dietitian and a psychologist. It helps you understand why "you" eat the way you and learn how to manage emotional eating habits. There is this one section where it gives an example "Before you put food in your mouth remember H.A.L.T." Am I eating because I am "Hungry?", "Anxious, Angry?", "Lonely, Listless?", "Tired, Troubled?". You can tailor it to make each letter mean something to you or they said make up your own acronym if that helps you better.
There is so much more in the booklet, I can't explain it in one post. For those who are interested you can ask more specific things about it or you can see if you can get the booklet ISBN - 13:978-0-9810206-1-7. I got it free through the workshop.
Its a struggle, I was there myself dealing with being overweight. My friend told me to go train with him and its been a night and day difference. It took me a year to manage my eating habits, training 6 days a week. I went from 265 to where I am today at 200 and roughly 13%. You have to stay focused and drop the shitty food habit. Cut out sugar and fast food, no more boxed foods and processed shit.
Hey MedDx
You don't have to accept my friend request, I was just wondering how to upload an anonymous pic of me of where I am starting at today. I tried Comunity->Pictures->Self Shot->Submit a Picture, but it wants me to add "ordered from" and title. Is it the Avatar you want me to change to the anonymous picture? If so I can do that. About the body fat% I just have to find a site to calculate that.
Always glad to get a FR. i accepted it. PM me anytime. Thanks.
at "ordered from" type eroids.com............. then do exactly what you did before and it will upload
Thanks Viking
I got the picture uploaded just fine!
Thx for giving him the info he needed. I was offline.
