Hey everyone glad to be here! Just wanted to say how glad I am I ran across this site. Hoping to become a solid prominent member of the community. Didn't read the rules all the way through so karma hasn't started off great but hoping to get that back. The amount of knowledge, sources etc here is insane. Looking forward to gaining some education and help educate. Almost 10 years on and off with gear.

Stats: 6'3", 196 lbs, 12% bf.

Back on since being off since 2009. Feeling awesome and looking to get to 220-230 lbs and stay at or around my 12% bf. Wish me luck.
