I tore my rotator cuff and labrum in 2012. Got surgery shortly after but it hasn’t been the same since. I do find nandrolone to be helpful. Haven’t done too many peptides but I’ve heard TB-500 and BPC-157 can help tremendously.
Any plans on using some peptides to help with the recovery?
yes i am currently using 3ius hgh and bpc157. looking into stem cell treatments as well
Don’t run BPC alone, i'd throw in some TB500 with it and you can also add some PEG MGF
i ordered peg mgf and tb yesterday just waitin on them --
Wish you well recovery. Do you have any thoughts on how you would've avoided such injury? What would you recommend so that others won't end up in such situation?
thanks. most likely overtime just lifting heavy… possibly too many behind the neck presses and dips. maybe thats what i am startin to think because looking back those tended to cause me the most pain over the last few months
what i would recommend is not do what i did: i tried a coetisone shot first… made me feel ok, in the end i probably did even more damage because it felt somewhat decent. just you feel anything out of the ordinary, go get imaging done just to be sure
Damn good luck on your recovery. That injury is no joke.
What’s the trt dose? What were your levels pre trt ? How are you healing up and what caused the injury in the first place,
Most of all welcome to eroids
Did lifting at 12 have any negative impact that you can feel as the 37 year old man you are today?
hey so trt dose is 200mg a week… usually keeps me somewhere between 800-1000 blood levels, my level pre i believe was 140.
healing has been rough, especially the sleeping part. started PT last week. only time will telll i was given an 8 month recovery timeline… doctor said it was really bad and alot worse once he actucally got in there.
as per your question, probably yes and no. ive definately had my fair share of injuries and surgeries, this is the second shoulder i have had done. it is probably more of my own stupidity, i dont remember a specific thing i did that caused it, kind of just my guess is built up over time. and i went to reach down to pick up a towel off the floor one night and…, huge pressure, burning sensation in my shoulder and arm, heard like a crack, saw a bright flash and just screamed. i knew something went. but i will tell you this, recovery at 37, alot harder than at 22 haha
Oh yeah my dude, I hear you I hear you, it’s always those nagging pains you gotta watch out for ; in any case get with the vets around here and discuss HGH, & peptide recovery, anecdotally treatment times are slashed 3/4 of the normal healing time , as far as what I’m hearing.. I can’t go off experience .
You and I are at the same trt dose, my trough was super low on my last read something was off, 411ngdl on the day of pinning, my high is normally 1,100 ng so trt has been pretty much bust since I came home, could’ve been bad pharma test, 2ml vials so I switched to a local pharmacy 10ml vial.
What’s the inject protocol, do you require and AI?
my dosage is 1cc per week… he doesnt mind if i do it twice or once, up to me. as for an ai, lately i have not needed one.
i am using hgh also, as well as bpc157… currently researching stem cells treatment options
