Just joined. 32yrs old, 5,9 190. Just started lifting again a couple months ago. I'm a single dad and work and life made it almost impossible to do anything but push-ups and dips at home. Have an amazing girlfriend now and I'm pumped to be back in the gym throwing iron around!!! Glad to be here to get advice when needed.

Good lord lol. Maybe not happy or feeling welcome. Made a cpl comments of general things. Both really polite and normal and now have negative karma lol. It's like high school all over again :/
