Found this sub because I was investigating starting anabolics. I've decided to hold off on Test for now until I get my body fat lower per the advice on this forum. After about 20+ years of being obese, I've finally made a positive change in my life at the age of 40. I've lost 90 lbs over the last year thanks to Tirzepatide, cardio, resistance training, and dieting. I'm 5'11.5, currently 230 lbs, and according to dexa scans around 25% body fat, which puts me at around 170 lbs lean mass. I've recently hit 225 lbs on the bench press for the first time, did my first ever pull up, squatted 315 for the first time, and deadlifted 320x5. My goals are mostly general health and aesthetics, but I throw in some strength work too. My goal would be to be 15% body fat at around 210 maybe.

Wow, congrats on the weight loss and lifting PRs in the gym! Your bench video is legit and I’m sure your other lifts are on par! Two plates on bench and three plates on squats is impressive, sir! Time to get your deadlift up to four plates!

Thanks! Deadlift is a super weird lift for me, I'm still trying to get the technique down, sometimes I can do 320x5, and sometimes, I can't even lift the bar, like my body completely forgets how to do the lift, but I'm trying to progress.
Heck, throw up a video! Might be a good thing to have someone critique your form.
