Here to learn...
ad
I'm 34 years old and as of today I've lost 91 lbs. 16 months ago I decided to make a positive lifestyle change and I've been lifting and eating healthy(mostly) ever since. I'm currently at 307 lbs and my goal is to get to around 240 lbs without losing any muscle ( and to nail hot chicks of course). If I can gain a little muscle along the way it would be nice but its not really what I'm shooting for. Anyway I'm very interested in learning about performance enhancing supplements as well as all aspects of training and nutrition and I always appreciate any advice or info. I have accounts on AM and Primordial but I never really post anything. Thanks for reading this and feel free to check out my profile. Peace.

Welcome to the community! There is tons of info on training and diet on the site. Keep doing what your doing and stay away from enhancers until your bf is around 12% which is recommended % if u do decide to go that route. Good luck and good work! Enjoy!
Hard part bout supps is with high bf.....it negates much of the actions. Raises health risks. Would take whole page to explain because the pathways are complex. High five on your loss! Keep going til lean then chose your route of rebuilding. Welcome aboard!
Thanks!
