All good advice below. First step is to see a doctor, the best route is a scripted route (if warranted).

Even if you're levels came back as normal your symptoms could be related to increased weight caused by a lower metabolism. Being active again could be all you need to reverse that trend.

Assuming you're not working out regularly, you need to start a disciplined diet and workout routine you can keep. No amount of AAS or hgh is going to help you if you don't have the fundamentals down pat. (wax on wax off).

That said, even if you decide to ignore all the good advice being handed to you, You'll still want bloodwork to create a baseline. Without knowing where you started from, you'll be flying blind.

AAS is not a silver bullet. You will need to work hard to get what you want... There's more discipline required than just getting your steps in. Without the hard work, you'll get none of the benefits, but all of the side effects.

Definetly go and get your levels check. Also by someone who know wtf they are talking about. Lot of people go to their primary and ask to get check. Normal test and estrogen levels vary greatly. Go to an endocrinologist or youth rejuvination clinic if you are lookiing to have your levels optimized notjust within normal levles.

Try adjusting your diet and do some cardio. If you start useing gear and your fat you could end up haveing problems. There’s alot of myths about steroids that aren’t true.

Hello Sir,

First of all welcome to eRoids community. From what you described above I would recommend to get your hormone levels checked as you are at the age where you might need some adjustments to be made preferably by a doctor. The symptoms you described above sound like male hormone deficiency that is quite a usual thing, also female hormone levels need to be looked at.
By self medicating without seeing blood work or asking advice to your gym buddies, you will more likely end up at even worse position then you are now.
Hope this helps.

Regards
