Been checking this site out for a while but was never able to join until now! Safari browser and this site do not mix, I learned, haha.

Anyways, I am 44 yrs old, 5-10, 208...very active with athletics in my area and have been lifting off and on since I was 18. Just getting back into it for the first time in about 3-4 yrs and am excited to learn some new tricks here. Peace to you all.
