HI fellow Eroids members, I have been a member for over a year, anyways a little about me I am 42 years old.. height 5ft 8in around 175lbs..been working out for about 4 years (used to weigh 220lbs a little over 3 years ago) my diet is not perfect but I am reading and learning as I go. I am new to the "supplement" game. I have also ordered some "supplements" for friends from some of the vendors here.. unfortunately I have not i have not taken any myself as I am still researching and learning.
