Hello Everyone : )
ad
I am 45 years old and have been training for over 20 years. Even though I've been training for a long time, I don't consider myself an expert at all, in all areas needed to achieve my all training/nutrition/supplementation goals. I have been learning alot just in the short time reading all the advice and feedback on the posts here. Awesome site and I look forward gaining more knowledge and tips from everyone. Thanks

purple_ppl_eatrsThanks Big13 ... i started to notice that as I viewed all the different self pics pics on the site. Going to do that. Thnx again bro!
Mr KfizzleWelcome man! Training for 20 years and 250 pounds you must be a beast bother! Any idea about where your bf % is?
purple_ppl_eatrsThanks brotha! ... i haven't taken bf% since i was in my mid 30's when it was between 8-12%. But now that im in my 40's, I know & feel my metabolism and overall natural test levels have declined with age. So for me I've been gauged my progress & bodyfat loss based on my overall weight and waist size (currently I'm 250lbs w/ waist size 35" - my ideal is about 220-230lbs lean/very muscular w/ 32" waist). I've always had good genetics and my body has always responded well to supplementation & hard training. But now i find myself really trying to educate myself as much as I can on the nutrition & supplementation pieces in greater detail and to implement what i learn to achieve the same /better results which was so much easier when in my 20-30's. I have been learning alot here and that's why I've finally joined even though I've been a casual reader of similar sites. This site is best I've come across for all the different topics I'm interested in. Appreciate your comments brotha!
Mr KfizzleYou're welcome and enjoy the place man, it really is the best! Make sure you read the rules they are short and to the point. Hopefully see you around.
