I'm glad that I found the site. Been looking through several topics/information contained in the community forum and learned quite a bit.

I thought it is time for me to introduce myself and hoping to get advise and help from others. I will look forward to this.

Just a little bit about myself:

male, 5'8", 186lbs, 16-18% bodyfat. Been working out faithfully for the past 5 years, steadily making gains. Never used gear (mostly OTC supplements and good diet).
