Hello everyone!!!

ad

Hello! I recently came across this amazing site and am glad I did. What an amazing community! A little about myself: I live in the Portland Oregon area, am 33 yrs old, 6'4", 270ish, and have run a few test/tren cycles in the past. I was about 24 when I did my first cycle, and although I had some amazing gains, I was poorly educated and had no pct in place. I suffered horribly and had some negative sides to the tren. I blame this all on myself. I am older now, and am reinvigorated. I am a long ways away from being ready to run again, but with the right state of mind, hard preparation, and a great group of people like you guys and gals, I know I will achieve my goals and have a much better experience this time around. Thanks in advance for advice and please dont beat me up too bad in the forums!!!

More mature, wiser, more patient and better prepared this time, right? :-) Good luck learning here and getting to know people and the site. Everyone's experience is different, but have had nothing but positive interactions here. Welcome.

Welcome, you will find a lot of knowledge around here. Sorry to hear about your experience in the past, you live and you learn they say, don't get anxious and just jump on make sure you know what you're doing first! And by your weight for your height, I'm guessing you need to loose a little bit of bf before you're ready anyways Smile

You are absolutely correct about the weight. I can stand to lose a good 30+. The good news is that I have been hard at work on that issue. If you notice my first post I said I have a long ways to go before I am ready, and this time I am not taking the "plunge" till I'm am 100% confident that I have done everything properly. Definitely older, a little wiser, and way more disciplined and patient then I was in my early 20's.
