Hi everyone, I am new to these forums and have so far found eroids to be amazing resource.
I understand now why people recommend waiting 4 or 5 years before starting any gear. Seems like it will take at least that long to get educated!
My personal stats:
Age 33
Height 6'4"
Weight 240lbs
BF 18-25% range
Began weight training about three years ago after a lifetime of inactivity and bad eating habits.
One rep maxes:
Squat 335lbs
Deadlift 450lbs
Bench 210lbs (heh)
Diet:
2300 kcal/daily
Protein: 50% (lean meats, whey PWO)
Fat: 30% (avocado, butter, healthy fats)
Carbohydrates: 20% (sweet potatoes, whole grain bread)

I know the feeling bro! There is a ton to research and when you think you've done enough research on a compound or a stack of compounds you find out about something you missed. It's all part of the learning process.
I also found this site helpful, ignore their BS ads on legal steroids... http://www.steroid.com/.. They have some great write ups on the different compounds!
Also if your looking for a book to read on vacation at the beach William Llewellyn's Anabolics 9th Edition is a great research. It has profiles of all the compounds and different cycles described along with other information. It is pricy though and you can find most if not all the same information on the web.

I set a ton of custom ad filters in adblock plus for steroid.com and professionalmuscle (much more readable!). I will keep an eye out for a kindle version of that book, it's a shame there are not more library resources available (Arnold's guide to bodybuilding, for instance, has nothing on the subject).

I agree! That would be sick if a library carried Anabolis 10 edition. If a state university is close to you they probably have a few. Mine does. Well, welcome bro
