Hey Guys, I’m very excited to be a part of this great community. I’m new to the world of aas and I would categorize myself as a novice lifter (lifting for about 4 years) also I’m 30 years old, 5’9” 180 around 15% body fat.Can’t wait to interact with everyone! Thanks
