Hello Gents and Gals,

I thought it would be rude to not post an introduction and say hello to everyone. Up until recently I was a Gold member at a competing forum but was banned for public criticisms against Admin and his minions and exposing their actions concerning their protective nature of a specific international source.

I am 50yrs old, 5'10", 220, 8%BF. I recently received my NASM certification and plan to compete in my very first NPC event later this year. I am currently TRT and have extensive cycle experience. I have experience with all that is good concerning PED's along with some of the bad. Much of the bad was from irresponsible use and a desire to experiment without truly understanding what I was biting off. Fortunately I have moved past all that and I an advocate for responsible PED use at much lower doses than most of the gym rats are using these days. I believe that the larger doses are reserved for professionals only and for those who make their living at this game.

I maintain a healthy life style through proper nutrition, obsessive training and responsible use of everything that I chose to supplement with.

I will be honest and say I will will not be very active in the forums but I did feel a responsibility to post an introduction and not be a complete lurker.
