I'd like to post a before and after pic of me from 2011 to now
Was 255lbs then

Been busting ass since 2011 hard
I'm a short dude 5'5" with shoes, 135lbs
But I'm pretty elite strength wise 285 one Rep Max bench, clean and strict, ass flat slight arch, both sides even on way up.
Tats if it's already that close, then it's Already too late, ya know?
