Hello all
ad
Just joined here a few weeks ago and have been reading all the great info an here, glad I found this site it's been a wealth of knowledge.
Started my first cycle yesterday, just doing Test E @ 500/wk, have AI available and PCT on deck for when it's finished. Have a pretty decent meal plan in place, I'm just hoping the hunger kicks in soon because to be honest I'm not sure I can eat this much!

I've been watching my shoulders, they have a tendency to want to slip out of socket at inconvenient times. The last time my left one let go (first time for that side as my right has done this since I was a kid) when I was playing that boxing game of how hard can you hit. Left shoulder came completely out and I had to have a guy pull it back into place. In any case I have definitely placed more emphases on lifting correctly and not heavy.
Today was my 2nd pin, I wanted so bad to do it last night. I draw and inject with the same needle (22G) and I don't find any discomfort, I was almost wanting to do another haha.
WadeBEEI prefer to use a different needle to draw, then I take the drawing pin off and replace it with a fresh 25g to inject. To each his own I guess, just makes me feel better knowing the needle I inject myself with is fresh and hasn't been through the rubber stopper, even when I draw from amps I use two needles. Then again, when you go to the doctor and he or she gives you a shot, they draw and pin with the same needle.
WadeBEEWelcome to the community man. Stay with your plan and don't deviate especially when it comes to the AAS regimen. Be patient and hit the gym regularly and results will surely come. Also, considering this is your first run with rocket fuel aka "gear", leave your ego at the door when you step in the gym, lift smart, because when that test e hits full blown at around week 4, you will feel like you can pick the world up, but be mindful of your recovering shoulder and give it more time to fully heal and adapt to the new muscle fibers. Muscles grow, unfortunately tendons and ligaments dont, they just learn to adapt to more stress and heavier loads. Goodluck man and enjoy the ride, because I remember my first cycle, it was the best and most enjoyable one.
I've been working out for about 5 years, this past year has been a bust for me though. Screwed up my shoulders and I've been back at it for about 6 months now.
Welcome. How long have you been working out?
bigmurphThe harder you hit it in the gym the more you can eat. Then just eat more
Good luck hope your cycle goes well
