Hello everyone, I just wanted to drop a line. Let me start with Im happy to have decided to make thus site my home. I have read some real good information that seems to be based on personal findings, actual numbers and good advice. These things made it an easy choice over other sites. So thank you for having me.

I also would like to point out that Im hear to learn , improve my heath through all the proper means and to obtain, maintain and get big. I am not looking to compete I'm looking to work hard and look good with some help :).

Now I'm going to read, read and read some more. I'm in the IT field and I'm pretty smart so what I have read all makes since, however knowledge is power and you can never have enough knowledge. So thank you again and feel free to drop any advice on this old rookie and I will gladly embrace support and guidance.
