Lol I should have mentioned I'm a chick. My main problem is gaining and if I train hard I physically can't eat enough to maintain :/

Lol good info to have...I was about to say nooka eat a cow or so. But seriously. You can eat enough, it just takes discipline and regimen. When I bulk, (not saying this is smart) I try to drink a gallon of milk a day. Its a great base, tastes good and (whole milk) has a fuckton of growth nutrients in it. I also understand that's 35 dollars a week minimum and not financially feasible for some...but the idea is there

Hahahaha. Oh, okay. Yeah, that is an extremely important bit of information. You can use weight gain supplements. You can drink 600 calories in like 10 seconds. It's not ideal versus whole foods, but it fills in the gaps.

I was thinking about starting mass supplement from the mutant line? More carbs in the am the tapper off mid day

Maybe even cut cardio to twice a week?

If you are trying to put on weight, you need to be in a caloric surplus. That probably would mean taking in more calories (whole foods and liquid calories) and also cutting the cardio a bit. I would say, yes. How often do you do your cardio now?

There is a weight loss forum in here. Read the yellow tabs at the top. There are other great yellow tabs in just about every section (http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/wanna-get-ripped-read-this) and they address your questions much better than I could. Best of luck.

I wasn't talking weight loss?

Sorry. My brain was reading one thing and thinking another. Just substitute what I said up there with Weight Gain forum. Also, spend some time in the Ladies Lounge as well. You can't go wrong with the advice you find here. Best of luck.

I enjoyed the forum. Ladies lounge has helped a lot just a little slow burning from what I've noticed thank you.
