bigmurphMe also I like to be in shape and look good for the ladies i got around 16 yrs cycling but only 112 of those knowing what I was doing I finally had a old timer start to get me on the right path when I was around 20 to 21 and have been doing 1 cycle some years 2 some years and some years not at all I have around 10 solid cycles in my time healing now from a ruptured bicep just happened nov 5 when I was at work messed up my whole schedule I was getting ready to run in march.
Damn that sucks brother,hope it heals fast!
bigmurphIm hoping the same thing hopefully I will be able to at least heal up start to put a good base back on and get my cycle in at the end of the summer but its not looking good.
