Greetings from RedDog
Hello everybody,
I recently introduced myself to a new member at my local gym as I always do to make them feel more comfortable, we got talking about roids, he suggested I join this forum to get more quality contacts. I've been a gym junky on and off most of my life, I dont smoke or drink, I am 5 foot 10 inches, 264 pounds, BF 20%, 43 years old. Up until 2 years ago I have trained naturally without any anabolics and always struggled with gaining quality muscle. After training with a guy who introduced me to them I have been experiencing fantastic results in muscularity and shape. I would like to compete in twelve months and would like help with any ideas on how I should approach the cutting phase and when. Traditionally I used to just live on tuna, chicken breast and salad for twelve weeks before a competition and it worked for me. My cycles however are an abortion. My work stuffs them up all the time so I make do by getting on it hard when I can and eating well and training hard when I cant. I tend to overtrain alot, cant help myself.
Oh yeh, and last week I herniated my belly button, WTF! Stupid mofo. First time ever I've had a hernia, still training but no squatting and getting a specialist to look at it this week to book surgery.
I use trenbolone, masterone, primotest enanthate, propionate, sus250, decanoate, cypionate. I would appreciate info on HGHs and peptides if it can add to my growth and leanness in some way.

Hate that hernia dog, I know that sucks. If it helps you feel better, I've herniated a disc in my back. Although two totally different injuries, they both suck ass and can kill a training cycle.
Hey Cliff, sorry to hear bout the hernia sounds painful.
V-Power-Afingers crossed about surgery
