Go slow, to go fast
I am a 46-year-old male, 218lbs, BF 12%, and a medically-retired infantry soldier. I was injured in 2010 by an I.E.D. blast in Afghanistan. After a couple of years of physical therapy, I am lifting again. I have never used gear; however, I am researching and learning from the eroids site.
What I like so far about the site: I love how there are rules, an etiquette, and members who sincerely care about offering advice to others. The Eroids culture reminds me of the camaraderie of my battle buddies.
I am going slow, to go fast. I am focused on reading the incredible amounts of nutritional advice, work out routines, and lastly, advice on gear. Once I have a good plan for nutrition and working out, then I will decide on a cycle.
I am glad to be on eroids. I sincerely thank everyone that has positively influenced the information available on the forums. The last few years have been tough. However, this site has me focused on taking charge of my life again. I have found my mojo again. And for that, I am thankful.

Thx so much for your dedication & risking your life so that all of us can live free. No amount of thx could really cover what all our soldiers go through for our freedom. If only we could trust our corrupt govt. This country would be even better. Welcome aboard. You couldn't have picked a better site for knowledge & good people its like family here

Welcome to the site, and thank you for ur service there is a load of good info here and great people to listen to just stick to ur plan and read and read and read someore it will be worth it in the end because u will make a well informed choice on what ever u decide to do some guys may come of as a dick but they only have ur best interests in mind and don't want to see anyone hurt from getting shitty advice...
