Former Army Ranger and long time lurker
Hey everyone - first of all I want to thank this community it has been nothing short of insightful and extremely helpful as I break back into this world. I have been lurking here for quite some time and only recently created an account. I am a former Army Ranger who ran a few cycles while in the service (haphazardly at best I might add).
Now I am in my mid 30's and work hard to stay in shape. Recently I ran my first cycle in a decade and thanks to all the information that is here and about 6 months worth of research I really enjoyed the results! I run the gamut of fitness from getting bigger to then deciding to run a Spartan race and having to slim down. I enjoy putting my time in the gym as well as a number of other physical activities.
Current stats are 5' 11" - 10% BF - 205lbs
Goals are to stay in shape for the long haul as my body gets older I want to be able to always look and feel good!
Thanks again everyone! Without this site I am not confident that I would be doing this in the safest most informed way. I appreciate all the insight and sharing that goes on here. I look forward to continuing to learn!

All the Way! Sua Sponte!
Welcome brother. USMC here and my brother is a Ranger. Needless to say we don't stop fighting each other lol
Great to meet you devil dog! About 95% of my friends are vets these days. I find it hilarious that my Marine friends are constantly giving shit to the regular Army guys. They tend to leave us Rangers be however as the mindset between Marines and Rangers is pretty similar. Both crazy as fuck in the best kind of way.
